2. Definition of Services

BrightNest Kids Events provides children's entertainment services including but not limited to themed birthday parties, creative workshops, educational programs, and holiday camps. Our services are designed for children of various age groups as specified in each service description. We operate across Canada with a focus on safe, creative, and educational experiences.

3. Booking and Payment

When booking our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, with the balance due as specified in your booking confirmation. Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, electronic transfers, and other methods as specified at the time of booking.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event date may receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date will not be refunded. Rescheduling may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Health and Safety

Parents or guardians must inform BrightNest Kids Events of any health conditions, allergies, or special needs of participants at the time of booking. We maintain strict health and safety standards for all our events and workshops, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. By participating in our events, you acknowledge these limitations.

In case of emergency, our staff will attempt to contact parents/guardians immediately. If necessary, we will secure medical treatment for a child, with parents/guardians responsible for any costs incurred. All our staff have first aid training, and appropriate supervision ratios are maintained at all events.

5. Behavior Expectations

We expect all participants to behave respectfully toward our staff and other participants. BrightNest Kids Events reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate, without refund. Parents/guardians remain legally responsible for their children's actions during our events.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of BrightNest Kids Events or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Our educational materials, activity designs, and workshop content are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

7. Photography and Media

BrightNest Kids Events may photograph or record video during events for promotional purposes. By participating in our events, you grant us permission to use images or recordings that may include your child, without compensation. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, you must notify us in writing at the time of booking.

8. Limitation of Liability

BrightNest Kids Events will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to such claim.

While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during our events, except where caused by our proven negligence.
